Program Overview

This Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, hosted by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), is designed to educate attorneys, scholars, and legal professionals about critical issues at the intersection of free speech, due process, and individual rights. Through expert-led presentations and case studies, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the constitutional principles that protect freedom of expression and academic freedom in the United States.

CLE Accreditation

FIRE is an accredited provider of CLEs in Pennsylvania. For PA attorneys, upon completion of the course, FIRE will certify the attorney’s completion to the PA CLE Board to attain CLE credit. For non-PA attorneys, FIRE will provide a certificate of attendance to attain CLE credit in other states.

For all virtual CLEs, attendees must certify they watched the entirety of the program, present a series of keywords from the presentation to an online submission form, and complete a quiz demonstrating knowledge of the course content.

FIRE is happy to work with Legal Network members to ensure they attain credit for FIRE CLEs. For any questions or issues, please contact Zach Greenberg at [email protected].
